NDIS & DSOA Dietitian Consultation Fees

Appetite for Nutrition is a registered provider of NDIS (National Disability Insurance Scheme) and DSOA (Disability Support for Older Australians).

Fees & Cancellations

Failure to attend

If you are going to be late for an appointment, please let your dietitian know. Failure to arrive at the appointment within 10-15minutes of your appointment, will result in forfeit of session & incur a cancellation fee.

Rescheduling policy

Any appointment that is rescheduled two or more times consecutively will be treated as a cancellation and charged a 50% cancellation fee. A new appointment will not be rescheduled until the fee is paid.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation with less than 48 hours notice will incur 50% cancellation fee of service cost Cancellation with less than 24 hours notice will incur a 100% cancellation fee of service cost (plus travel cost if dietitian has arrived at property).

Our NDIS initial consultation is $188.99 for 60 minutes. Review appointments are charged at standard rates depending on session length. We are a registered provider for both NDIS and DSOA (Disability Support for Older Australians).
Yes. We provide home visits across the Gold Coast and surrounding areas, as well as secure telehealth consultations for clients who prefer virtual support.
Yes, travel fees may apply for home visits depending on your location. Travel costs will be discussed and confirmed when scheduling your appointment.
Eligible clients may claim rebates through Medicare Chronic Disease Management Plans (CDMP), Eating Disorder Plans (EDP), DVA, WorkSafe, TAC, Aged Care Packages, or Private Health Insurance. Please check with your GP or fund for eligibility and referral requirements.
